We offer the following private coaching services: 

  • Private Concierge-Level Coaching

    I work with a select number of private clients, offering a high-touch, concierge-level coaching experience tailored to your specific needs. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach—it’s about partnering with you to uncover opportunities, tackle challenges, and elevate your performance and impact.

    Private coaching begins with a comprehensive assessment of your unique situation, including:

    • Strategic planning and goal setting

    • Client engagement and relationship-building

    • Leadership and team development

    • Operational efficiency and infrastructure

    • Personal and professional growth

    • Community impact and visibility

    • Succession and legacy planning

    • Time management and productivity

    From there, each session is fully customized to focus on the areas that will have the greatest impact on your success.

    As a private concierge client, you’ll receive:

    • 120 minutes of personalized one-on-one coaching each month to address your unique challenges, opportunities, and goals.

    • Unlimited text and email access for those “got a minute?” or “let me run something by you” moments in between sessions.

    • Full access to the My FA Partners private member portal, offering a complete suite of courses, content, and resources to support your growth and success.

    • Exclusive tools and materials tailored to help you and your team stay ahead, included as part of your concierge coaching experience.

    INVESTMENT: $2000/month

    *Long-term contract not required, however, a 30-day notice is expected prior to terminating private coaching services.

  • Our 3-Month Intensive is designed for advisors seeking a thorough assessment of their business, coupled with innovative & customized growth strategies.

    The program provides an in-depth assessment of all areas of the business, and leverages that to develop a customized messaging & content, as well as a thorough strategic plan.

    The 3-Month Intensive is ideal for advisors who are making a move to another firm or going independent, as well as firms looking to stand out in their market, to dive further into those target markets, and to more deeply engage clients and prospects. It has the incredible added bonus of creating greater efficiencies and operational excellence.

    Although each firm is a bit different, general focus areas of the Intensive include:

  • Our VIP Planning Day is a full-day immersive session designed exclusively for advisors and their teams to elevate your practice and set a clear course for growth and success. This high-impact day is tailored to uncover untapped opportunities, align your team’s vision, and map out a strategic plan that drives results.

    During this intensive session, we’ll:

    • Identify opportunities for growth by analyzing your business and uncovering gaps and potential areas to expand.

    • Outline your strategic plan with clear, actionable priorities to keep you and your team focused on what matters most.

    • Develop key strategies for business development, client engagement, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

    • Set quarterly focus areas, goals, and metrics to ensure accountability and measurable progress.

    • Provide you with a written strategic plan to serve as your roadmap.

    • You also receive three quarterly check-in calls to ensure implementation and drive greater results.

    You’ll walk away with a customized action plan, clarity on the steps ahead, and the tools to execute effectively. Whether you’re tackling ambitious growth goals, navigating challenges, or refining your team’s focus, this VIP Planning Day provides the dedicated time and expertise you need to move forward with confidence.

    INVESTMENT: $7500 (+ travel, if applicable)

  • A one-hour strategy session is the perfect starting point if you're looking to get input about an idea or want help to set up a rough strategy to grow your business. During the session, you & Kristin will discuss your goals, challenges, and opportunities and she will provide you with actionable advice to help you move forward.
