MEET KRISTIN
A high performance coach, author, speaker, podcaster, and “tell it like it is” business strategist, I am obsessed with helping others grow personally, professionally, and financially. Fair warning…I call it like I see it, will challenge you to level up, and promise (quite enthusiastically) to become your biggest cheerleader.
WHY I DO WHAT I DO...
I believe this industry is an incredible gift when it’s done right.
Financial advisors have the power to change lives — not just through technical expertise, but through leadership, trust, guidance, and the way they help clients navigate some of life’s biggest decisions. That matters deeply to me.
After decades in leadership and as a credentialed advisor myself, I saw both the opportunity and the problem: far too many talented, high-integrity advisors were being taught to grow by fitting a mold, following someone else’s playbook, or building a business that looked successful on paper but didn’t actually feel like them.
That’s why I stepped down from my Managing Director role at a Fortune 100 financial firm in 2009 and founded The Andree Group | My FA Coach.
I wanted to build something different.
Something that helps great advisors and leaders grow businesses that are more strategic, more profitable, more authentic, and far more impactful. Businesses built around their strengths, their voice, their vision, and the people they are truly called to serve.
Because when advisors grow the right way, everybody wins.
The advisor builds a business and life they actually love.
The firm gets stronger.
And most importantly, clients get a better experience, deeper relationships, and the kind of guidance they deserve.
That’s the part I’m obsessed with.
I am relentlessly passionate about helping good, solid, rockstar advisors become even better — more clear, more confident, more differentiated, and more intentional in the way they attract clients, serve them, and scale. I want the best advisors serving clients at the highest level, because that is what elevates this entire industry.
As a CFP®, ChFC®, and CLU®, I bring both industry credibility and real-world understanding of what it takes to grow and scale a successful practice. I jokingly call myself a “recovering advisor,” but the truth is, I still love this business deeply. I love the strategy. I love the psychology. I love helping advisors build something remarkable in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
And yes, I’m a little sassy. I make coaching and consulting fun. My brain is constantly firing with ideas, strategies, and creative ways to help my clients grow and love their lives more while doing it.
One thing is certain: I will coach you, challenge you, champion you, and cheer you on every step of the way.
This is more than work to me.
It’s a calling.

Meet the Team
Residing in Atlanta, Georgia, I am an incredibly proud mom to three loud, fun, and very unique daughters. They love each other fiercely, despite driving one another nuts most of the time. My prayer is that they grow into kind, loving women, who leave the world better than they found it (isn’t that every parent’s prayer?). I am pretty sure they love me, although most of the time they tell me how “uncool” I truly am (I’m not buying it!).
A few other fun facts:
Water is my happy place…the beach, the lake, a long bubble bath - I’ll take it all.
My wardrobe in 99.9% black…I don’t expect that to change, nor would I want it to.
I am a shoe and accessory fanatic - sneakers, stilettos and statement jewelry pieces are my wardrobe staples.
Great wine or a good margarita will always make me smile.
Growing up in the 70’s & 80’s was the absolute best - hands down.
I hold a 2nd degree back belt in taekwondo & won a bronze medal in sparring at the 2017 ATA World Championships (shocking, I know!).
Lastly, despite my love for speaking on stages, podcasting, and media appearances, I am far more introverted than one might think!
